Purchase Conditions
The simple acceptance of the purchase through the confirmation of the order made, implies that you accept these conditions, which will govern, in the absence of particular conditions, the relationship established between you and Libros de Verdad.
The data that appears on the website corresponds to products that have ever been in our store or have been sold online to a customer. All the information we have at all times is provided on them, as the page is constantly updated. The bookstore receives from the publisher and the authors the data that appears in the book cards as well as their reviews and images, so we do not assume responsibility for any typographical error in them.
We promise to maintain the prices indicated in all those products in which the "Available" label appears; not so in those products that we do not have at that time and that therefore lack said distinctive in their file. A product will be considered "Available" when, in addition to appearing on the web, its availability is confirmed by Libros de Verdad. Likewise, the delivery times given for unavailable products are always approximate (usually between one week and ten days) and in no case imply any commitment on our part.
Deliveries and Collections
In the case of physical shipments, the amount of the shipping costs will be added to the total price of the order. If it is an order for several products, we will try to group them in a single shipment, whenever possible and that this does not delay delivery excessively. If the books are "In Stock" the shipment will be made between 24-48 working hours after the purchase.
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the current rates, the number of books requested, the destination and the payment method. Said amount will be calculated automatically on the website just before finalizing the purchase, being able to consult the different means and amounts before the final confirmation of the purchase.
It is possible to pick up the order at our physical address, within the established hours and provided that confirmation has been received that it is available. For this, it must be indicated in the order form and wait 24 business hours for its process. The order must be collected before 15 days from the date of the order, otherwise it will be understood as canceled and the books will be removed from the reserve.
Right of Withdrawal
According to current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw their order within 14 calendar days following the date of shipment of the order (not applicable to books collected in the store or to downloads) without any penalty and without indicating the reason. . The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund of the amount of the same will be made by the same method that the client has used and if it were not possible, it would be made through a bank transfer to the account indicated.
Physical Book Return Procedure
In the personal user area, access the "My orders" section. Within "My orders" choose the order to return and click on "View". Within the order, a "Request return" link will appear at the bottom, when clicking, an email will be sent with the instructions to return your order.
Upon receiving the correct return of your order, the bookstore will proceed to reimburse it by the same method that it has carried out itself and if this is not possible, it will be done through a bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.
